She is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections within their communities.
Roslyn Sharp, BSN, RN, CCM - Director of Care Coordination
Roslyn serves as the Director of Care Coordination at Bright Outcomes Support Services. She is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in case management, hospice care, transitions of care, home health, and intellectual and developmental disability services. Her clinical expertise and person-centered approach help ensure individuals receive thoughtful support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.
